In a surprising but bold announcement last week, the Vatican formally apologized for overlooking the mistreatment of Steve Donney by the Nuns of St. Fransis grade school. Further acknowledging this mistreatment as the root cause of Steve's childhood mischief and adolescent defiance. Steve could not be reached for comment.
